I have used Hostmonster.inc as my hosting service. Everything seemed to be fine. I chosed this company because I need to store large amount of data with low traffic/bandwidth. After one of my friend suggested me Hostmonster, I simply login to their website and create an account there.

Yes, it has unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage, and unlimited domain. BUT it does not have unlimited customer service ethique. When almost every company believe that customers are kings, they believe that customers are slaves who can be treated anything they like.

First problem started when my account was suspended. After contacting them via livechat, I understood that my SQL operation took too many resources. They gave me advice to disable one of my site plugin. I was happy, they understand that not all customers know if something bad happens in their account. By letting me know both problem and solution, I gave them 5 stars.

But not this week. They simply cut of my account and automatically suspended my websites. They said the same thing that my SQL of my sites took too many resources. I suggested that I put one plugin which took too many resources of their server. But now, they ask me to upgrade my account. I persistent to use the same package, I asked them letting me know what made this happened. I can cooperate to disable the problem.

They made me no choice. I did not like be pushed. I better find another web hosting service. GOOD BYE HOSTMONSTER.
