Before deciding to create my own domain, I tried some blog engines; blogspot, multiply, and wordpress. Each of them has its own advantages. The last, wordpress, I think the most suit one for me. Its elegance, simple, link free, advertisement free, and beyond of that, it has many features. The most notable one now is post by email, almost exactly the same as running wordpress on my own hosting.

I have drove this blog (www.raharjo.org) into a little bit serious blog. I think it misses something: fun and easy. Whenever I want to write down something not really important, I think many times before write it in my blog. Do I need to create another blog? The answer came. I remember I have a dormant beniraharjo.wordpress.com. Why don’t I just revive this blog to accommodate my other side?

And it is done. I am enjoying posting easy things in beniraharjo.wordpress.com. I can keep this blog clean and as it is.  But don’t worry, this blog is still the main one. I put an inter-exchange feed between the two to increase traffic.

The most important feature I like on my beniraharjo.wordpress.com is its Posting by Email facility. I just simply write down my post in my Gmail and send it to a secret address, and it is done. It also support Rich Text Formatting. Moreover, I don’t worry about managing its SEO. There are many experts doing behind wordpress.com
